My responsibilities were to provide a comprehensive literature review on the topic of controlled motivation, arrange data collection on two occasions, input collected data into SPSS, analyze and report the findings of the research.

I worked as a classroom teacher with children from 3 to 5 years old. My primary responsibilities were to develop the curriculum; to maintain safety and health environment; establish a good way of communication with parents to improve children's' performance at school. I had to set up and maintain standards of student behavior; prepare instructional materials; reads to students. My other responsibilities were: • plan daily and long-range lessons and classroom activities; • create an environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students; • conduct learning exercises with small groups of students; • maintain individual records for each student; • collect and display suitable material for educational displays; prepare presentations; • decorate classroom; • take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities; • implement all policies and rules governing student life and conduct; • maintain order in the classroom; monitors students to keep them on task.

I conducted Russian language courses for adults and children. My main responsibilities were: • prepare lesson plans for 2 hours and a half learning sessions; • implement a different kind of activities to make learning more successful and interactive; • design curriculum for learning sessions with adults and children; • monitor students progress; • participate in conferences related to strategies in teaching Russian as a second language; • prepare students for performances and talent shows.

As a Montessori teacher, I provided nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate children's growth, exploration, and participation. Maintained clean and safe classroom environment for children. Coordinated with other teachers to develop lesson plans for children to develop their social, emotional, physical and intellectual skills. Treated all children unconditionally and with same importance level. Coordinated regular communication with parents regarding their children's progress. Supervised and managed children both inside and outside the classroom. Monitored and tracked kids progress on a regular basis.
