I supervise heads of the department of the following business activities: power electricity, mechanics, automation, construction, and maintenance. I am involved in Factory Management Service deeply, which is provided for some clients. I worked out an effective manual and procedure on project management. I manage and coordinate the operations of the above departments to provide clients with high-quality service.

I conduct surveys and perform risk assessment before underwriting and during insurance period. I give advisory opinion for clients, underwriters, and claim department in the form of recommendations for risk improvement. Client's engineering departments often ask me to use my experience and expertise to help to implement the recommendation.

I supervised a group of engineers and technicians (5 to 15 people depending on the number of active projects) dealing mainly with maintenance of automation and weak-current systems including administration of the LAN, which was a part of some systems. I consulted factory's project team on fire and security systems. I was deeply involved in two big extension projects and many smaller ones. In co-operation with HR department, I maintained a good level of labor occupational safety according to Russian legislation. I arranged training courses and held some courses by myself. Together with HR, I selected CVs and interviewed candidates to hire in my section.

I supervised a department, which assembled and tested computers and LANs. The department was also responsible for guarantee overhaul and upgrade of the equipment during warranty period. I interviewed candidates and trained new engineers.
