The facilities and the work involved are a new mild hydrocracking unit and associated facilities such as new amine recovery unit, sour water stripper, hydrogen plant and sulphur recovery including a tail gas treating unit. In addition revamp design of existing crude units like middle distillate desulphurization units, visbreaking unit and modifications to utilities and offsites are performed.
