Analytics consultant, responsible for operations, planning, computer modeling and design, technology development, and analysis, as well as any procedure or data collection exercise related to these processes. * Managed, scoped, and led a variety of professional consulting projects throughout NYC and Australia, including developing scope of work, pricing, scheduling, technical work, and client delivery and presentation. * Proposed and designed new data-collection methods, which involved a custom-built iPad application to collect the data in the field, submit the data forms back to the home office, automatically upload the forms to the databases, and then create government reports automatically, all with only the pressing of a few buttons. * Led a redevelopment of NYCDOT's data program as an iPad application, which could be used to collect the public transit data, instead of carrying bulky data sheets and laptops on crowded NYC buses and trains. * Developed a database that translates large data sets, extracted from local bus routes, in to useful user output data that uses SQL queries and simple user interfaces. Involved Visual Basic macros and SQL queries in order to properly scrub the excess data from the extremely large data sets.

Responsible for collection, analysis and summarization of data collected as part of traffic impact studies within the campus area, as well as leading of groups of undergraduate students used for data collection procedures. Performed theoretical research to compare the official government methodologies with a state-of-the-art simulation to study the congested pedestrian operations that exist during football games.

Led traffic analyses of the deteriorating conditions of major streets in the roughly 10 square-mile, heavily populated business district in urban Volgograd to assess potential improvements.
