This application helps to poll EDI txt files generated from different servers. They are sent from the central server to other servers which parse them respectively. If the parsing is successful, the files are removed from the folder. If not, the EDI Folder Controller Service checks how old the files are and sends message alert by E-mail to the responsible users. E-mails are also sent after the problem was solved. In this application were created 2 types of user interfaces: first is based on WindowsForms and the second is based on WebForms (Two GUI layers). Both layers use the same controller layer. The first part - Vesco - deals with the positioning and planning of different types of containers on vessels. This is a mobile application for usage by the truck drivers of Katoen Natie company. The orders for the truck drivers are given by a team of dispatchers. By using the functions in the KTMS Mobile application, the truck drivers are able to send queue instructions to the container stackers of Katoen Natie to lift on or drop off containers. The ultimate objective of using this KTMS Mobile application is to significantly reduce telephone communication and to increase the number of trips per driver per day. The application is designed for using on Android mobile devices (smartphones, web tablets) Client side is created as AngularJS web application. After using PhoneGap framework converted into native android application. The server side of application is created on C# as HttpHandlers hosted on IIS web server to process requests from client side and to call web services methods. Web service is implemented as Microsoft Navision Web Service for accessing database records. The program is based on the input/output/search data on different types of investigational cases, people related to these affairs, as well as agents and staff working over the case.
