Commercial Director
Responsibilities included but were not limited to the following:
* Managed, collaborated and coordinated all commercial operations across the company, including Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Logistics;
* Developed, planned and implemented commercial plans and strategies to accelerate sustainable growth of company, including annual budgets for commercial department and provided annual business operating plan;
* Planned sales, marketing and purchases and activities related to them. Monitored their execution;
* Evaluated performance and productivity of commercial department, analyzed financial and accounting data, generated reports and presented growth strategies to executive director and to stakeholders; Monitored the process of hiring new people for commercial department;
* Acted as a leading communicator with vendors, (HP Inc., HPE, Super Micro, Canon, Kyocera, Huawei, Micro Focus, Ricoh, Asus, Bitdefender, AEG, BenQ and etc.) negotiated prices, budgets, marketing activities, mutual business development strategies, secured projects and many more;
* Analysed market to find new commercial opportunities to launch new vendor or product on Georgian market and implemented all needed activities (documents, programs, campaigns, launch events, and etc.) related to them.
* Planned and executed new customer and new distribution channel acquisition strategies;
* Communicated with local (Georgian) and international (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) partner companies and with end-customers (commercial and/or government based) to maintain and build strong profitable partnerships with them. Acted a business advisor for partner companies to successfully develop mutual business strategies and growth plans.
* Created growth and development plan for SOHO, SMB and SME partner companies and focused on their development;
* Acted as project lead for country specific or cross country multi/mono vendor based complex projects, starting with analysing customer needs ending with the delivery of products or services to the customer and their successful implementations;
* Planned and monitored stock levels on a weekly basis, to minimize expenses and maximize profitability; Created effective pricing structure with sales and product marketing team and monitored it on a weekly basis to make appropriate changes, if needed;
* Represented company on international and/or local conferences, exhibitions, seminars, trainings and etc.;
* Developed training programs according to company's strategy, the needs of our partners and to vendor's
development plans. Acted as a business strategy development, sales and product trainer for partners and/or for end- customers;
* Reporting to Executive Director and stakeholders of the company.
