I am interested in and enjoy watching and helping my 13 year old son train for the local football team, I am also involved with the development of skills and take training sessions when I am available. I also like to ride and enjoy archery which my son also takes part in. I consider that my personal qualities are communicating with people, I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures and this is possible because of my working background and experience. I am determined to put 100% into every job and project I am involved on and I take a hands on approach in my role as a supervisor, or inspector because only then can I gain the trust and support of the workers and contractors on site if they know I am experienced and have knowledge of the job they are doing.
