Business Partner supports the Senior Treasury Executives with decision-making and facilitates business development by producing management reports, commentaries, analytics and modeling, budgeting and responding to ad-hoc queries • Production of Liquidity and Capital flash reports with detailed analytical commentaries on Liquidity portfolio ca £30bn and Capital instruments ca £50bn - analysis of business drivers, explanation of P&L and Balance Sheet variances against prior month and forecast • Presentation of monthly financial results to Senior managers - Executive Decision Support, Liquidity Portfolio Management, Capital Strategy, Capital Planning • Production, review and analysis of weekly and monthly Liquidity buffers ca £130bn - evaluation of the liquidity impact due to Dutch central bank (DNB) and Bank of England (BoE) liquidity regulations, encumbrance (Discount Window Facility, repos, pledges), and European Central Bank (ECB) haircuts on collaterised assets • Contribution to Individual Liquidity Adequacy Assessment (ILAA) process and Liquidity stress testing required by ECB/ DNB • Modeling, analysis and submission of Liquidity portfolio data to Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) and Risk Control Committee (RCC) • Reviewing and daily monitoring of Contingency Funding Plan for RBS NV • Monitoring of compliance on the Liquidity portfolio and ensuring it is within limits set by RBS Liquidity Policy • Coordination and support of forecast process for managing budget and strategy cycles • Preparing Capital Cash flow forecasts
