About me
My candidate profile maybe described by 4 main qualities: international experience, ability to work in teams, flexibility and relish to challenges.
I was born in Russia, where I have finished high school and graduated 2 years ahead of my class in order to be able to take up the opportunity of spending a year in the United States to perfect my English skills and receive an additional diploma from an American High school.
My bachelor degree was obtained from University of Malta, after which I decided to further my studies in International Management and took up on a course here in Bocconi University.
Having lived in 3 completely different countries by size, language and culture has taught me a valuable lesson and developed tolerance, adaptability and a sense of admiration for diversity in me.
Being able to achieve a certain degree of success on the path of life, especially when it takes you to far away places and even different continents requires certain social skills and flexibility.
Flexibility and adaptability came along the way with my experiences and social skills are something I believe I obtained through various team work experience. Ever since high school, I have been playing team sports only and even succeeded in becoming our local school volley ball team captain, which demanded many leadership skills. Later on, I have been recognized by the appointment as a student body Vice President of both senior and junior classes at school.
As I moved to US, living in a foreign country and relatively poor language skills at that time have not stopped me from active social and academic life. I participated in many government simulation programs and campus clubs which required collaboration with peers from a very different cultural and linguistic background.
At the end of my studies, I was recognized for my outstanding academic, social and leadership skills by a granted membership of American National Honor Society.
Having moved to Europe I completed my Bachelor degree in Malta, majoring in Management and Banking&Finance.
For the Masters program I have once again moved to a country the language of which I have not spoken at that time, but challenges often excite me rather than prevent me from pursuing a certain opportunity.
I am planning to start my career path in a multinational company which will continue filling my life with challenges and obstacles which I am more than happy to face as I believe there is not a better way for self development and growth.
