Performed new Engineering evaluations of the Problematic wells for Hassi Messaoud Field; Due to insufficient knowledge of distribution of remaining reserves investigated the new technologies and actions for restore productivity of wells for priority areas in the field; Review from all the viewing aspects such as the geological, petrophisical, reservoir studies, production histories, flow assurance views, in order to diagnose the flow performance problem for Shut In Wells. Propose the proper solution to restore the well productivity or to be able to produce within the pre economic limit that should be reasonable to the repairing investment cost. Facilitate the young specialist program for the Reservoir Management discipline; Analyze and facilitate planning of the demand for young specialists; Develop and implement a strategy to develop young specialists for the Reservoir Management discipline; Develop and support advanced training programs for young specialists; Adjust the young specialist development program in compliance with business requirements; Agree the young specialist development program with the key discipline experts; Assess the baseline competence level of young specialists and monitor their progress against training courses, internship, etc.; Facilitate training activities and programs between the Corporate Center, PRTDC, TNNC, universities and design institutions; Develop qualification criteria and select contractors - training module and program providers.
